Yes. All our providers offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for your convenience.

What ages do you work with?
We serve children, adolescents, and adults.

Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. Our therapists are licensed professionals in Colorado, with extensive training and years of experience.

How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 55–60 minutes.

What are your rates?
Rates vary by service and insurance coverage. We also offer a sliding scale to keep therapy accessible.

What insurance do you accept?
We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, CCHA, Kaiser, Medicaid, Tricare, TriWest, UMR, and United Health Care. We also assist with out-of-network claims and accept Victims Compensation.

What if I don't have insurance?
Self-pay clients are welcome. Sliding scale options are available—call us to discuss your needs.

Can you accommodate disabilities or service animals?

How is somatic therapy different from traditional talk therapy?
Somatic therapy helps you reconnect with your body's innate healing wisdom, focusing on the nervous system and full-body wellness rather than just mental symptoms.

We work with acute, chronic, complex, developmental, shock, repetitive, relational, betrayal, vicarious, historical, and intergenerational trauma.
